MEET Rhonda Starr

My career in real estate began in 2013 as a transaction coordinator, looking to support a wildly successful agent while I was off for the summer as a teacher.  I fell in love with the industry and knew immediately I wanted to work with clients as a licensed agent.  Within 3 short months, I was ready to hit the ground running, and my love for all things real estate continues to grow.

 32 years as an elementary school teacher and principal turns out to be a perfect fit for educating you on anything related to buying and selling residential real estate. My mission is to contribute to making your dreams of homeownership come true by providing nothing short of stellar service. I love working with all types of clients and feel proud to be a Realtor.  When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work at all!

I was born and raised in the northwest suburbs and moved back to the Fox Valley area after 13 years in Arlington Heights.  I have helped buyers and sellers from A to Z, in nearly every area of Chicagoland, from Algonquin to (Lake) Zurich.  There is no such thing as too far away…if you need me, I am there!

My success in the industry can be traced back to my focus on building strong relationships with my clients that often go far beyond the transaction.  I pride myself in turning clients into lasting friendships, long after closing day.
